This and that

Things have been pretty quiet this week, I havent felt all that great to be honest, Im glad I have my hospital appointment beginning of March otherwise I would have asked to go for a checkup or something earlier.  Part of me wants the appointment and part of me doesnt, trouble is I get to know whether my heart has stayed the same, got better or worse.  Its an all day appointment and plenty of tests but at least I get the answers and see the consultant after all the tests. 

I went volunteering as usual and I had good fun with everyone.  Tuesday I went to lunch with one of the girls I orginally met there and we had great fun too, just eating and chatting ..... my favorite occupation lol.

Sadly however yesterday, the son of a friend of mine in the States got taken into hospital, he is not at all well and has today been transferred from a local hospital to a Boston Hospital, a specialised unit are coming to pick him to take him there so I am sending zillions of virtual hugs and kisses to the whole family.  You are all in my thoughts.

Today Hubby went for a fitting for his suit for one of the up and coming weddings, me, hubby and the groom to be then had coffee after at the local Designer Outlet.  I was hoping that I might see something there that tickled my fancy so to speak but to be honest it was all crap, how people can come from miles to shop there is beyond me.  The only thing I saw remotely nice was a pair of shoes which as ususal didnt fit .... I have really small feet ..... and they were reduced to £50 ..... what a rip off I have seen better at much less a price.  I am sure on Saturday they put their prices up lol.

Tonight I am going out for a meal just an early one cos both hubby and I are tired, he hasnt really had more than a couple of hours sleep in 2 days.  The dogs managed to literally destroy part of our garden fence yesterday so after working 14 hours on nights hubby had to repair it and today after 14 hours on nights we had to go for the suit fitting.  Luckily its a few days off now for him hence the meal out tonight, just going to an Indian Restaurant ... my favourite, maybe a couple of tipples for him then no doubt he will fall asleep as soon as we get in our front door.  Hmmmmmm what a life eh ...... I dont think so lol!!!!
