Seeing as though Im in a strange mood today, I feel a bit fed up, I thought I would kick my arse a bit and make a lasagne. I just took it out the oven and have had a mouthful or two lol. Its absolutely yummy even though I say so myself. I am so proud... the tomato sauce is made from my mums and her next door neighbours home grown tomatoes (I roasted them and pureed them the other week and froze them). The basil is my own home grown from seeds on the kitchen windowsill. I always add a bit of chilli ... which I have to say I grew myself too. I have taken a picture and the lasgne looks a bit burnt .... its just slightly overcooked lol ... but it tastes absolutely yumza and Ive so got to have another few mouthfuls hehehehe.
