Uninspired and suddenly inspired

Im still in blogging on and off land at the moment.  I cant seem to find any inspiration whatsoever, all I have to write is my day to day stuff which in my case is pretty boring.  Yesterday I went out for coffee with a friend, made a card for another friend and made a card for son no1 as it is his birthday today.  Today I am going to make a curry for dinner, tomorrow I am off to an appointment .... and thats about as exciting as it gets lololol. Hubby has the weekend off and he suggested going out for a cheap meal although I suggested just sitting in bed with an Indian Takeaway and a bottle of wine hehehe.  Do you know its something I just dont do, it would be nice to sit, eat and drink and make whatever mess I wanted and just be lazy and watch a good film.  We probably wont eat in bed but it would be so nice for once to just slob out completely!!!

Whilst writing this post I thought well I will make a curry tonight and have just finished putting together one hell of a dish hehehehe, I actually made it totally from scratch and even ground up the spices myself.  It wasnt hard I just shoved them all in my mini blender and hey it turned out fine.  This is the receipe I have attempted I will post a pic of the finished result and only hope that it tastes ok at the end of it .... so some exciting things do happen after all hahahahahahahahahaha. http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/chefs/hugh-fearnley-whittingstall/baked-chicken-curry-recipe_p_1.html

Tomorrow I may have a story to post about internet dating, not me I must hasten to add, but a friend of mine has had a bit of an interesting experience !!!!!I

Hope the curry turned out OK!

I think slobbing in bed with an Indian (meal...I mean...wink) sounds perfect!
