Rehab and animal testing

Ive finally found the perfect hair shampoo for my hair, its called Rehab by Lush http://www.lush.co.uk/shop/product/product/id/39/keyword/rehab/rehab .... it simply is the best shampoo ever.  Son number 2 put some in his pressie to me recently and I am hooked as I have very short hair which is very strong and of course I put lots of wax in it and Rehab sorts it all out in a jiffy and leaves the hair looking fab.  I will try Retread conditioner next when my current conditioner runs out cos you never know it may be the best conditioner ever.  It also helps like helps magnificently that none of the products are tested on animals and if you saw the article yesterday here in the Uk about the rabbits I really dont see how we can justfiy the testing on animals http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2011/04/17/exposed-the-british-lab-carrying-out-needless-tests-on-live-rabbits-115875-23065974/  I always feel such a hypocrite when I go on about animal testing as I am sure all the drugs I take have been tested on animals and humans , there is unfortunately nothing I can do about that cos without  the tablets I would die but I really dont see the need to test out anything else whatsoever and I wish that even medications would just be tested on humans at least they get the choice! Any new costmetics that I buy or have bought recently have not been tested on animals and I shall continue to do that and although I am not a vegetarian I do try to eat very little meat and always buy chickens and eggs free range, however after seeing yet another report in the newspaper here I cant bear the thought of how we treat animals to eat.  I am so glad they stopped the super cow farm here but I see that someone wants to house pigs in metal huts in huge numbers ffs people in the wars were put in those things for punishment !!!  http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1377875/Gigantic-pig-farm-house-25-000-animals-metal-sheds.html  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr thats all I can say Im sad at the world !!
