I cant believe its only 12.26 and I have eaten lunch already. I was so hungry today, maybe its the weather its still sooo cold and the snow is still dotted around all over the garden. Im not going anywhere today I decided just to do little jobs around the house like putting more candles than usual out and lighting my burners. I have just cooked swedish meatballs and macaroni cheese not sure if it goes together but it definitely tasted lovely even if I say so myself. I wonder if anyone else will eat it, Im not sure if hubby even likes macaroni cheese but hey Ill find out when he wakes up and if not he will have to make himself something different before he goes to work tonight! I could go and eat some more right now but I think the weight will just pile on if I do, I dont think I have ever felt this hungry before, I could actually graze on food all day! This afternoon I may attempt to write out the christmas cards but then I may not hahahahaha, ironing still needs to be done my pile isnt getting any smaller by itself and I have a lot of paperwork and stuff to do. I really need to check my bank account just to see how much I havent got in there so I can go spend what I havent got lol. Its the first time in a long time today that I have felt really motivated. Recently I have been having a few personal problems and they sort of took away the enjoyment around the home, I temporarily lost interest, but today I thought to myself I just have to get on with it, my home had lost that lived in cosy feel and I wanted it back. Even though I cooked and cleaned and did all the everyday stuff the passion just wasnt there and I didnt particularly want to blog either, the only thing I did do was paint my nails hehehehehe I just find it so therapeutic. Today they are painted in Kabuki by Chanel, I have had the pot for years but its still absolutely perfect inside and not gloopy at all. It seems when I am happier or more positive my nail varnish goes brighter!!
At least today my plants have all been watered and fed and I have a new one on my table which has been polished to perfection hehehe so I must be motivated or something. Last night I washed all my jars inthe kitchen and filled them all up with herbs and stuff all I have to do now today is just polish all the stainless steel. I warned everyone yesterday that everything has to be tidy and organised and also that we have to keep an eye on how much gas and electricity we are using. I really have to be more frugal than normal. We arent buying christmas presents for ourselves this year and everyone is happy with that, a lot of the christmas dinner stuff has been bought and is rammed in the freezer and I dare anyone to get anything out and eat it!!!!! The dogs have been moved onto cheaper dog food and to be honest they both seem to look much better for some reason, I have been supplementing it with left over home made food. Dexie actually looks the shiniest he has ever looked and his skin doesnt seem to be as bad as usual, mind you it might be the Evening Primrose tablets I have been giving him hehehe. Anway today is upwards and onwards ... how long will this last ..... maybe til tomorrow ..... but I have been having fun today so thats the important thing!
