My Dad

Thinking today of my Dad who passed away 30 years ago today.  Cant believe how time flies and feel so sad that he never got to know happenings in my life, both the good and the bad.  Mum and I went to the Chapel of Remembrance today and had a look at the special book and read his name then wandered around the grounds which are oh so beautiful and peaceful.  We then had a Chinese takeaway, which her and Dad used to do every Saturday lunchtime before he died so today its actually been a celebration of his life rather than remembering what we have lost, cos we already know that.
