Jamie Oliver Jerk Chicken Rice and Peas

Today I have a day at home yippee and I decided to cook one of http://www.jamieoliver.com/jamies-30-minutes-meals/ it was Jerk Chicken and Rice and Peas.  Omg it is so hot Im not sure anyone will be able to eat it but it but it is nice I have to admit, but there is no way I did it in 30 minutes, its a mammoth task of cooking and washing and wiping up!  My dishwasher has broken and there is no way it can be repaired at the moment and I have a teeny weeny sink and so I had to keep going from cooking to sink to drying to cooking grrrr.  All I hope is even though it is a bit hot that it is liked otherwise never ever will I be cooking it from scratch again lol, well I might do if I get the tinned black beans instead of soaking and boiling the dried ones lol.
