Another birthday card I made today, I messed up a bit as I originally put it all on upside down so had to cut it up a bit lol I wasnt as happy as I could have been boo hoo.
Dinner today, curry, rice and carrot salad, carrot salad care of Jamie Oliver so easy to make and so cheap.
Grated carrot
Lemon zest and juice
Sultanas
Olive Oil
Toasted flaked almonds (I just stuck them quickly in a dry pan to toast)
Chilli (Home grown and frozen)
Fresh coriander (I buy mine from the Indian shop and freeze it although I am trying to grow my own.)
Everything I had cept the carrot which I bought for 50p.
