This and that and that and this.

To be honest today I am very tired I have been running round, though not literally lol, like a headless chicken lately trying to catch up with lots of jobs around the house and with stuff I needed to do outside the house, and today it has caught up with me... I could go back to bed and sleep for ever.

Dexter has had his hair cut, he is basically almost bald.  Weekly shopping has been done, although this time not online, I went while Dexter was having his hair cut.  I also  managed to get an account with a Wholesaler so now I can get big items that I regularly need direct from the warehouse.  I have been thinking about it for ages but didnt think that I could join with just a makeup business, but apparantely it doesnt matter what business as long as you have various items of proof that you are a legal business, which of course I have, even though I am not practising at the moment.  Am very happy, boring as it may seem I will now be buying toilet, rolls, kitchen rolls, washing powder etc etc from this company, yesterday I came back with 1150 tea bags lol!  How sad am I talking about tea bags hehehe.  Fridge has been now been repaired thankgoodness although hubby had to have a bit of a disagreement about the price he was charged.  Its awful really, we knew there was a call-out charge but if they could fix it which they could, they would take that off the price of any parts.  When it came to pay the bill they stuck on a huge labour charge, wtf no one had mentioned that amount and so hubby refused to pay it.  A few phone calls later the inflated charge was dropped.  Some of these companies are con artists, always remember ask for every single charge when you phone up for repairs, apparantely if you dont ask this company they dont tell you but if you complain they seem to drop the charge hmmmmmm.  Anyway all is working now thankgoodness.

Im also in the process of setting up a Thursday Club and am in discussion with neighbourhood wardens trying to see if we can get a cheap place to hold the Club.  As I have said in a previous post where I volunteer is basically closing down due to government and local policies so a couple of us have decided to carry on with it but in a slightly different capacity, everyone will have to pay but we will keep our costs down and we are going to include lunch but it will be like I think its called 'american supper' where everyone brings something.  For the extremely disabled peeps its wouldnt be appropriate to bring something already cooked so I thought maybe somone could bring a loaf of bread, someone else the margarine etc etc and the able bodied peeps could make the sandwiches or whatever.  We could also just pop to the pub some weeks or get fish and chips or a curry or pizza sometimes.  Basically it will turn into a club where we can socialise and work out our own agenda or maybe still play boccia.  Watch this space .... well that is if we can get a space to hold it hehehehe.  Oh my bedroom is coming along nicely, its not finished yet but its taking shape.
